Direct Billing

• Are you required to register for direct billing?  

• Does your policy allow for direct billing by the provider?  

• Does your Insurance pay directly to the provider? or to you the client?

• Do you require a prescription for your massage therapy or acupuncture treatment?

• How much does your plan cover per treatment?

*Please contact your Insurance Company for coverage information as plans vary.
*In most cases we are only able to bill to the primary insurance company, secondary policies must be your responsibility.
*We also direct bill to your Insurance Company for Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA,s).  Please be prepared to have all necessary information prior to your treatment.

*If their is a discrepancy with your Insurance company; i.e they deny the claim for any reason, you will be responsible for the amount remaining.
